Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow these guidelines to ensure your request goes smoothly:

• Condition of Products : Please return the products in their original condition, including tags and labels, and ensure that the packaging is undamaged.
• Proof of Defect : For defective or incorrectly received products, please include clear photo or video evidence.
• Shipping costs : The customer bears the shipping costs and any additional costs. If the defect is confirmed by us, we will reimburse all costs and ensure a quick replacement.
• Track & Trace : Send your package with a Track & Trace code. We cannot compensate lost packages without proof of shipment. Sending without Track & Trace is at your own risk.

Exceptions :

• Products with a broken seal, custom work, personal nature, or that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as underwear and care products) are excluded from return.

Cancel :

• You can cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it by contacting info@bevora.nl. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please note: Returns are at the sender's risk and return costs will not be reimbursed.
